About OPERA
OPERA is more than simply an association of treatment providers. In fact, OPERA serves as the hub of the wheel for all things related to substance abuse and alcoholism in Oregon. OPERA connects the spikes of the wheel, and coordinates efforts to unite treatment programs and providers with state agencies and other resources. OPERA advocates for specific legislative policies to help people who need access to treatment, and also to provide solutions and educational training and information.
OPERA truly focuses on prevention, education and recovery in order to provide the freedom that individuals and families need from alcohol and substance abuse.
